I am not holding you responsipble for any info you give me. I am just in a total mental frenzy now. Cause from what everyone tells me, I would not be jailed for 1st offense shoplifting charge under $300. Mine was $100. I am scared to call, because if I call police and they come now, I have 3 young sons here. Also, the pollice have all my personal info...my home address, phone number, everything.

How often (do you think) that the police would come to someone's home ...to arrest them....if they were out on bail for 1st offense shoplift charges. Thnks
