What Are The Rules for Transfering Probation in South Carolina
my fiance currently is on probation (not a high watch, every 30 days he is to meet at prob office). i am living in nc, we currently have a child on the way. is it a way to transfer probation to nc from sc? if so what are the requirements to do so.

You have to get permission from both states.
