    She doesn't have to know that you are worried about that.

    You ever play poker? Run a bluff by sending her the Weisenfeld decision. She'll either agree or not. If she agrees you get out from under without big attorney fees. If she doesn't agree, you are no worse off than you are now and you can back off and wait until her father's estate settles.

    I agree. This approach probably makes the most sense at this point.
