Driving With Blue Lights, OCGA Sec. 40-8-90
My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Georgia
I received a citation for having blue headlights. The headlights have been replaced, they were bright white halogen with a slight light blue tint. I plead not guilty and requested a jury trial...What is next?
Re: 40-8-90 Georgia Law. Blue Lights
You go to trial. Were these factory lights or aftermarket? Do you happen to have pictures of video showing what they look like, in case you need it for court? The fact you have corrected it should help.

I believe they mean they have replaced OEM with aftermarket headlamps, and those aftermarket lamps resulted in the citation.

If you still have them, get them replaced with regular headlights and bring your receipt to court along with before and after photos to show that they have been replaced and see if you can get the citation dismissed. I don't see you getting a not guilty any other way.
