    California Emancipation Help
Pretty much, I just want opinions on if A judge would grant me emancipation.
Im 16 years old, and currently do not have a job(but will get one soon, and WAY before I apply for emancipation). All my teachers at school love me, I've been through family councilling, and most of my councilors agreed with me as far as family issues. My mother died 2 years ago, so I went from living full time with her to living with my father full time. I didn't like him before but I decided Id give him a shot before I tried to get out. Well, I gave him 2 years and its been nothing but hell. Although physical abuse is not an issue, as he has only shoved me once and that was is, mental abuse is a huge problem, and coming from someone who has expierienced both in life, the mental stuff is worse. My father has told me I make his life miserable, he wants to make my life hell, Im a bitch, a slut, he "wouldnt be surprised If i was dancing on tables naked for a living",a "pain-in-the-ass cunt",and alot more. One day it got so bad that I told him I was either leaving this city or leaving this world because I cannot take the abuse from him or the abuse Im getting at school, and his response was "The front door is right there and Im not going to stop you from suicide.". Because of comments like that, I have run away 6 times in the past 2 years, and he never even reported it until the last time. I've learned from the majority of my past mistakes and most people do tell me I am extremely mature for my age.
As it stands, I do not have a job(as I said earlier, will be getting one long before I attempt emancipation), but do get $650 a month as a trust fund/social security thing due to my mothers death. My father was supposed to be putting that in a bank account for my college fund. Instead, he bought a $20,000 boat. I do have friends whos parents have already said they would allow me to live with them if I got emancipated until I got a place to stay. I also, instead of getting emancipated, have tried to talk to my father about me moving in with my aunt or brother because I am not in a good living situation. All that happens in my house is that my father comes home every night, goes in his room on the computer and drinks.I dont see him because Im either in my room or at my neighbors house. On the weekends, he goes fishing. Thats all he cares about is fishing and drinking. If we are around eachother for whatever reason,or If i need to ask him for something, It turns into a visious fight, in which I get called names and told what a horrible person I am.
    help?

Nothing in your post supports emancipation sorry. If your being abused then contact CPS or a mandated reporter like a teacher

Cps has been to my house several times. They say because it is not physical abuse, there is nothing they can do.
The police have been to my house. Same thing.
And my school councilor it the one that suggested me trying for emancipation because she knows "the whole story",after speaking with me, my father, the police officer that regularly is at my house, and with my outside-of-school councilor.

Quoting How do I get emancipated?
There are 3 ways to get emancipated:

    1. Get married. You need permission from your parents and the court.

    2. Join the armed forces. You need permission from your parents, and the armed forces must accept you.

    3. Get a declaration of emancipation from a judge. To get a declaration of emancipation, you have to prove ALL of these things:
    • You are at least 14 years old.
    • You don't want to live with your parents. Your parents don't mind if you move out.
    • You can handle your own money.
    • You have a legal way to make money.
    • Emancipation would be good for you.

It is possible to get emancipation without parental consent.
