Re: ok can they bring a case
Why would the police give credence to an anonymous note?
Re: Can They Bring A Case?
well it was printed out from someone claiming to know us(yet the misspelled her name)said they got info off their daughters myspace that led them to believe it.....although and i pointed this out at the interview if i saw something on myspace that i was gonna tell the police about i would of printed the page wouldnt you i think i know where this is comming from my soon to be ex has a new boyfriend who also just went thru a divorce and is living with his stepson and he has his son with him im guessing that since i had moved into the spare room of my house that he wanted my out so he could try to move in but thats just my threory
Re: Can They Bring A Case?
im not worried about my step daughter shes hard headed and not easily led so shell stick to her guns on it when shes right she dont let noone tell her nothing heh but what i am concerend about is can they bring a case at all since were both denying it
Re: Can They Bring A Case?
I think there's something you're not telling us, because that alone isn't much for the police to work with. But if it is just an anonymous note, there's nothing on MySpace (or formerly on MySpace) to back up the anonymous note, you deny everything, your step-daughter denies everything, and there's no other evidence you haven't told us about, I doubt that any more will come of it.
Re: Can They Bring A Case?
well the interviewer brought up my myspace which btw is where i met my wife in the first place and because im all dark and into horror movies n crap like that and i had my step daughters friends on my myspace(so i could keep tabs on her make sure no drugs ect her mom has them on hers too)that they felt an investigation was in order
Re: Can They Bring A Case?
but yea your prolly right nothing more should come of it ive just been reading stories on the net today about false allegations and a few kinda freaked me out now im all panicky about going to jail for something that never happend
Re: Can They Bring A Case?

You shuld NOT be discussing this with your step-daughter.
How old is your st-daughter?
What state are you in?
