Fifteen-Year-Old With Family Problems

Hello, I am a 15 year old girl. I turn 16 on Nov. 3rd. Lately i have been having many family problems and it includes arguements with my parents. I need to leave my house asap. All my mom does is hit me all the time and i have even told her that i was going to call the cops on her and she still does not care! She says that she can do what ever she wants with me which is kind of true but im tired of her hitting me all the time. My dad is a tad more calm although he has slapped me accross the face 8 times at once! I have a 20 year old boyfriend and i might be pregnant. He wants me to get out of my house ASAP too. He owns a house and he wants me to move in with him and i want to too. He doesnt want to risk the babys health just because of my moms beatings all the time. I want to run away but i kno thats not the right thing to do. I need advice on what to do. Please HELP!!!!

There are several answers here to several issues

. Beatings: Contact CPS or your school counslor

. Your BF: He can go to jail for rape and yourparents can seek a protective order to keep him away

.Emancipation: First your parents must petition the courts for this will they? Next the chances of being emancipated while carrying a child are slim and none!

I suggest you file an abuse report with CPS and get your family the help you need

well this is the thing, my mom won`t really care about hitting me. And in her country (Nicaragua) it is perfectly fine to do it. She hit me twice today she told me she didn't care if i called the cops. Ofcourse, i didn't but i did send an e-mail to one of my many teachers telling her about my mom hitting me. Another problem is that i have herd that in order for something to be done about my parents hitting me they must BEAT me not juts hit me. Im NOt sure.. And i don't want my boyfriend to be charged with anything. I just want to live with him and my baby in peace!

Thats not going to happen! Your teacher will report the abuse he/she is a mandated reporter. Call Police or CPS forget what your abusive parents say. Know this no judge will grant you emancipation or allow you to live with your 20 year old BF who has broke the law by having sex with you!

Then whats the point of telling the cops if i can`t live with him? i might as well let them keep hitting me and have a place to stay at. Where would i go?

Foster care, family or stay with family while entire family gets help! If your entire point is to live with your Bf who is commiting a felony having sex with you then your wasting all our time!

NO, thats not my point. Not at all. But my family would be so disapointed in me. And i dont think he would want to spend his life away from his oen kid because he had to go throught that because his dad left his mom before he was born. Plus, i wouldnt want my kid to be fatherless either. But doe sit matter if she doesnt leave any bruses? Because they have said that if she doesnt BEAT me for real then its okay for parents to hit their kids as long a stheir is no marks. My mom has made me bleed before but i doubt i ahve teh mark on my back anymore since it was a while back.

Your got your answers! Your motives at thsi point I find questionable. Either way Emancipation is not an option and your BF can go to jail. You were given a means to stop the abuse if your not happy with it I guess you prefer the beatings.

i dont, i really dont but im not sure if any type of hitting is against the law. Im just scared of where i would turn to be if i get left alone.

Any striking is illegal turn your parents in to Police and CPS or learn to accept beatings!
