Security Personnel Did Not Break Up a Fight
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Louisiana

two women begin to fight and appear the private security service. Insted of stopping the fight the women are lead beneath a security camera and when fight for a while the vigilants use their batons against the women.
Is delictive the behavior of the private security service ?
    Best Regards

LOL...no clue as to what is being asked...

It's however going to possibly depend on who is paying the private security service and for what?

    Is "delictive" even a word?

It may be and it might even be being used correctly... almost.

He's been posting this all over the internet, so with multiple views I think I've got it. He wants to know if the security guards are derelict in their duty for not breaking up the fight sooner.

He would have to do a much better job explaining the facts. It's not clear why the women would have agreed to continue the fight in a different location. If "the vigilants use their batons against the women" means that the security guards hit the women with batons while they were fighting, it's not clear why the women would have tolerated that behavior or continued fighting.

If the question is whether the employer of the security company would have grounds to fire the company based upon this type of behavior, obviously "yes".
