Confusing Situation After Store's Theft Accusation

Will they check the time of my purchases from the card and also chechh cctv footage at the same time in the three different stores

Gift Card fraud is one of the easiest things to prove. If they have CCTV of better yet an intellex system that saves data for months you could be looking at felony charges once the dollar total is found. Your name DL etc is all connected to card as well. When card is issued or used the data is saved with time of transaction register number etc. It will be time consuming very easy to nail you!

Yes like I said its easy but its time consuming

I do believe that they would have cctv proof of me stealing the clothes, but they could surmise like say changing room entrance exit ect, I live in the UK so do not know if they would opperate the same as in the USA.

Since I was not arrested in the store, could I still be arrested after Asda have done thier (looking into the matter)??
