Im 16 and I live in Tampa florida. My Fiance is in the military and I want to leave with him. I cant handle being here in this house. There is no abuse but I cant handle it. I am an emotional reck here. I need to leave. I want to do anything possible to leave. If my mom wont sighn how do I get around it! I need out. I cant be here anymore. What do I do to be emanciated? Im willing to do anything! I can proove that I will be supported thru the military and be financially stable with a job and still go to school where he is stationed in North Carolina. What are the requirements. please help ASAP!!!

Very simple answer. You don't.
In Florida, the ONLY way you can be emancipated is if your parents file the petition. If they won't, you don't get emancipated, plain and simple.
Emancipation is not a right.
