Welfare Fraud Charge From Mistake On Paperwork

my husband started getting diabilty and I didn't think about reporting it until I was filling out the paper work.. and then I did report it. I was told I didn't report it for a couple months to the food stamp division. I owed 3ooo. so we
paid with our income tax last year 737. and we were going to make payments
of 25. a month. I don't work but I made the payments I can but they charged me with welfare fraud and I have to go to court.

I have never been introuble with the law before. my record was clean but this
is a felonie. I have three young kids and I am scared about going to prison. I
can't believe this I am a church going woman who has never been to jail or
broke the law and now I can be charged with a felonie I didn't mean to do
on porpose. I don't know what to do or plea. I have court april 19
