Expungement of a Municipal Ordinance Conviction in New Jersey
I believe one can file for expungement 2 years after their conviction in NJ, if it's a Municipal Ordinance. Does any one have any experience with this that they can share?

I am planning to file for expungement on my own and any information or pointers would be very much appreciated.

Yes I did. I didn't come up with many.

I wanted to know if some one did it on their own, so I could ask them some questions that I have about the process.

I have hired a criminal attorney but he does not answer my calls.

I am eligible for CZ in 2011 but when contacted an immigration lawyer and he asked me to wait 5 years from the court date.

I was arrested and charged with a disorderly persons offense ?

Will this show up in the criminal background check ?
