Need Help With Emancipation

im 16 i turn 17 in august and i need to get emancipated its not a want for me i can live with my dad living my life worried that he might freak out and go crazy again i know if i ask them about getting emancipated i have a job paying 7.15 and am getting another one paying around 8 so i should have about enough to get me by but the big issuse is how do i get emancipated where do i start what if my parents dont sign the papers so please help:wallbang:

Emancipation laws are different in each state, so you have to start by identifying yours.

Two jobs yet you fail to mention anything about your education. You also do not currently have that second job. Tell us your state so we can see if emancipation is even possible.

And even with both jobs paying what you describe you're going to have a very hard time paying rent, food, utilities, clothing, school supplies (don't forget you still have to go to school), transportation, insurance...
