Trustee's Motion for Turnover of Property Denied as Moot
A bankruptcy trustee in Florida filed a motion for the turnover of property. The bankruptcy court denied the motion as moot. What does that mean?

It means that the bankruptcy court found that the property was not available -- that it had already been taken, disbursed, transferred or otherwise disposed of.

The court's rationale may be apparent from the motion response, or from findings that the court made when denying the motion.
