Custodial Parent is Charging Rent and Not Paying Medical Bills

Custodial parent charging rent to the one still at home, won't pay the others medical bills.
Also Custodial Parent had children in daycare until theit 18th birthday

Custodial parent still collecting support
Other siblings moved out after their 18th birthday aND Custodial parent never notified me or the court.I found out ....

I call it fraud, then again this is Illinois

There are daycares for special needs children. So yes it is possible for someone over 12 to attend daycare if special needs. I know for a fact they exist - my daughter goes to a special need daycare and they take children from six weeks to 18 years old. I see different buses come and pick up kids and drop them off too.

Yes but there is no mention that any child is special needs. And the OP seems to be gone.

OP said one child lives on his own and the other is a college student paying rent. No mention of special needs is made.

So I assume he meant that while he was paying for child care at $50 per week (which would be quite the bargain for 2 kids), that the children stopped going at age 12.

She had them in daycare until they were 18 and then they were not in daycare for 6 plus years. I['m not sure how she had them both in and not in simultaneously.

I get that but someone said they doubt a legitimate daycare would have kids in it past 12...so I answered that yes legitimate daycare do allow kids past 12. Just clarifying they exist.

The OP has not been back to clarify, but why not see if we can set a record for the number of responses generated by speculation about a minor issue in the question. :friendly_wink:
