i have something my friend is 18 years old turning 19 in june and he is dating a girls who is 14 turning 15 in july and he tells me that they are only 3 years apart and that its not a crime if they have sex i want to know if he is tell the truth so i can give him the facts!!!!!!

Also IF being only 3 years apart was a defense (which it isn't), your friend needs to take math class again until he can do basic math.

in florida it is 16. persons aged 16 & 17 can sleep with persons aged 16-24. once you turn 18, you can sleep with persons as old as you'd like.
