When Can You Make Minor Changes to a Visitation Agreement
My question involves a child custody case from the State of: California
I would like to make some changes to our custody agreement, I would like there to be a 48 hour notice for vacation days to get rid of the "day of" vacation days. Also I was wondering if there is a way that my daughters mother and I can correspond through the court or some type of email system. I feel as though the less contact we have the better my daughter is 14 and a half so this is winding down. However, I'm really tired of her angry texts and rude phone calls. What would be the likelihood that court would grant any of these amendments of how I should go about asking for them. Thank you in advance.

    There's a good communication tool.

Has there been some change of circumstance?

There hasn't been a change, there is just too much gray area when it comes to vacation days and other holidays, I would like for the rules to be more clearly defined.
