Will Payment Toward Arrears Before a Hearing on Willful Child Support Violation Help

I paid part of my arrears before court date for "willful violation" of child support. Will the judge still punish me? Thinking that I wilfully didnt pay but now before court date I did.

How much were your arrears and what part of it did you pay.

If you paid a large part the court might look kindly upon you.
