So on Friday no one was arrested on charges of failure to pay arrears in the courtroom where you were sitting.

That is proof that no one, ever, on any day and in any courtroom, ever is arrested on that basis.

    I see.

Good Lord, do you not get sarcasm? The fact that no one got arrested on your particular court date is not indicative that no one gets arrested.

No, he put me an attorney to explain to me why shes taking me to court when we had a whole yr going to court for custody. I took her to court. Now shes taking me?

Custody and child support are two different cases. You are 36 weeks behind, you should be in court, probably in jail, but I have a feeling that will be on the horizon soon.

I've seen people remanded into the custody of the court officer, placed in the court's holding cell, and detained for law enforcement -- so whatever may happen on a particular day in a particular court is not a good measure of what might happen on a different day or in a different court.

Court is tomorrow arrears is at $1340.00.

On the first appearance I denied that I received the court noticed arguing that I do not reside at the location where the noticed was sent, which is true. I only receive letters. The landlord received a letter to verify that I do reside at this address. She said yes and in fact said that I denied to receive the letter from the court. Supposedly she dont want to get in trouble.

Oh yes. What can go wrong after landlord sent those allegations

I did not go in today. I called letting them know that Im on vacation which is true, Im traveling abroad tomorrow for two weeks and my case was adjourned to the end of this month.

My arrears is on $1300. In order for them to revoke my passport I need to be on $2,500.00.

As you guys can see, nothing would happen to me.

    Update.
