When I took her for paternity she requested child support so the judge asked me how muxh I pay and I said $70 a week. No w2 no paystub. Now ahes requesting a retrieval of my income as im a via lyft and uber driver but I pay $900 a month for my car.

Whelp...she's probably looking to pay your fair share now because you have repeatedly and willfully failed to pay her as ordered. Sorry, sneauxflayke.

You are intentionally ignoring the fact that you KNOW that her kid is not yours and you are purposely trying to pretend it is just to upset her. You mocked her for using a sperm donor to have a baby with her wife. It's not your kid, leave them alone and pay your child support. YES, we all think you are the bad guy. We've been reading your various posts. They need a restraining order and you need psychological services for your issues.

If you can afford a 900 a month car payment you can afford to support your child.

There is surely some special circumstance that makes his car payment triple what anyone else pays, and it's probably not his fault. In fact, I'm sure he will somehow blame his ex wife. She probably went behind his back and forced the dealership to charge him more and the bank to increase his interest rate.

Good for her. If you can afford $900/mo for a car? You can pay more in CS.

I have heard that people who buy their vehicles with Uber's "help" get taken to the cleaners but $900 seems excessive unless he got a limo. But affording $900/mo strictly as an Uber/Lyft driver while also paying your own taxes, SS, medicare/caid and all that jazz must be pretty challenging.

We didn't necessarily not believe you have a $900/mo car payment. We were just saying it is dumb and no excuse not to pay your other responsibilities.

I pay $900 a month for car. Increasing my child support is not fair. Shes basing that she doesnt work and child is on private school. Put him n public school. They decide that not me.

Also they have to calculate wife income if she doesnt work. Right?
