What Happens at a Hearing on Contempt in a Child Support Case

You are full of excuses why nothing is your fault and how she is able to manipulate everything to her advantage. It sounds like you sit around and do nothing until you are backed into a corner, then you lash out and try to claim you are the victim. You did nothing about your child support until you had a hearing, then you tried to pretend you were sorry AND claim you were the father of a baby with a woman you have been divorced from for over a year. You are just trying to start trouble because you know that kid isn't yours and you want to make her look bad. You know the test will show you aren't the dad, but you want to start trouble in the meantime to get her back for leaving you for a woman and taking you to court for child support. Stop being a bitter man and take care of your kid. Bronx County must be a hot mess if they allow this nonsense to go on and don't put a stop to it.

You are lying to people and telling them that their child is yours. That is kind of frightening behavior. You have an unnatural interest in them and their lives, and particularly their child. You need to back off and just accept your responsibility and start saving your money for child support. I also HIGHLY recommend you receive some kind of counseling and also take a co-parenting class. You need both.

No, you want revenge and you don't care what you do to get that revenge. I would get a protection order against you too. You know that baby is not yours and cannot be yours but you want to upset them. You are making yourself look like a scary stalker.

Given that you posted sufficient information earlier for some of the volunteers here to identify your case, and given your behavior in this discussion, perhaps someone notified your wife's counsel about this discussion?

My ex wife does not have a lawyer. Ido. I have the right for a paternity test and the right to annulment of the divorce. That divorce is a fraud. Right now shes on bigamy. Where my new born and son and myself are the victims.

Divorces don't get annulled. How is her current marriage bigamous? I sincerely doubt you have rights to squat when it comes to her new son. FaF, fer sure.

You were issued a support order by the court, yes? Did it say "This is just a suggestion. Pay what you can, when you can." Probably not. It. Is. A. Court. Order. You chose to ignore it. You chose to not pay through the CS system. Why? You just didn't want to.

Do you honestly think this newborn is your biological child? No, no you don't. You said that you had been told she had an IUI with donor sperm. This is not your child, yet you see fit to try to gain paternity. You don't respect the court order compelling you to pay child support, yet you are pushing for an order that gives you some kind of ownership rights. You are picking and choosing what laws and orders to follow and obey based on your own whims. "Oh, this order doesn't matter...but I'll push for THIS one, and I'll make everyone else follow it."

Not once have you expressed any kind of love for either child. There is no expression of loss or regret in your posts. You are only focused on beating the system and getting one over on your ex wife and her new wife.

When I took her for paternity she requested child support so the judge asked me how muxh I pay and I said $70 a week. No w2 no paystub. Now ahes requesting a retrieval of my income as im a via lyft and uber driver but I pay $900 a month for my car.
