It would be very difficult for her to hide a child for months. You would be talking about her hiding the child all thru Thanksgiving, Christmas etc. And you certainly aren't financially supporting the child you do have, so I am not sure why you want to claim another one. You need to let your ex-wife go and you really need to move on. She clearly has. And you need to grow up and start supporting the child you do have.

You were mocking her for getting a continuance for the delivery. You know when the kid was born. You are just trying to get back at her any way you can. What are you so bitter about?

Unless you have seen the child's birth certificate. You have no way of knowing what is on it. If I remember correctly she had the baby recently. Her partner would have to legally adopt the child in order for the her name to be on the birth certificate. This takes time.

If the child was conceived by artificial insemination. There is no name on the birth certificate under father. Unless an adoption is done
