I dont have any money. Thankfully court was continued to the 31st so I have time to find a ride and build my defense. Now another question, He moved out all his belongings now hes trying to come back to the house. Is there anything I can do to keep him out of the house. Hes abusive a drunk and hes crazy. He has threatened mutual friends to stay away from me or else.

Yes but he took everything of his. Its come to my attention today that there are a couple people we mutually know and hes harassing them threatening them. Saying hes got all kinds of stuff against me (theres nothing cause I didnt do anything) This is getting out of hand. Hes trying to bully me to leave the state. What can I do?

When you can finally make it to the court house try to get a restraining order. But as long as his name is on the lease/deed where you live is as much his as yours.

Absolutely! Im also going to see about getting him brought up on harassment charges. This is beyond infantile. We are in our 40s and should be handled like adults. I hate to have to take this avenue but he's left me no choice. As for the charges his friends are trying to bring against me I think by his actions hes going to piss the judge off and he'll see this is just a game and drop everything. Im keeping track of everything. Thats my only defense, I didnt do it and if its tracked to my phone or internet he did it. Him and his friends want to bully me into leaving cause then he says he gets everything (not that we have much) in the divorce and I get nothing. They are setting me up. I have recordings and stuff hard proof where there are innuendos about this whole thing. Well im scared for my safety if he comes back. I will avoid him and them at all costs. I appreciate everyones advice. I will update.

Filing tit-for-tat motions is not going to endear either of you to the court.

Dogmatique Very true. I need to not let my emotions get the best of me. I need to approach this rationally.

New court date is in 2 days. Husband came home saying if I leave the state they will drop the charges. Isnt that bribery? Can they do that? I was going to go to the public defenders and he said that. Now Im wondering if thats a good idea. Im thinking I should go to court with a public defender and take my chances especially with them saying that to me

Why in the world would you take the word of your husband?

Actually it would be extortion but that doesn't matter because the prosecutor makes the decision to drop charges not your husband.. WHat matters is you leave the state there is a very good chance there will be failure to appear warrant issued.
