I've heard of them yes, but her parents don't give her the mail I send her, they wont let her use the computer anymore and they dont let her use the phone, we have to sneak visits and my truck isn't the kind that blends in well.

My main question is, if my family over in the other state would clarify they would take care of her would the courts allow it?

and if her parents find out, you can get slapped with a restraining order keeping you away from their UNDERAGE daughter. and again, as i said before, unless her parents agree, ITS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. you family has no standing legally when your gf is concerned. none at all. she is not their child.

I refuse to allow her to runaway with me .

good, because if she did, YOU would be facing a whole host of charges-kidnapping, the mann act, interference with parental custody, contributing to a minor. which would mean you and she would see each other behind a pane of glass for a long time to come. bottom line, you and she have no choice but to wait untill she is 18

Perhaps there's a certain joy in being shrill, but it's not particularly helpful. What's the point in presenting a parade of horribles about what could (theoretically) happen if somebody does something that they have expressly stated they have no plan to do? As I have previously pointed out, also, courts do not issue restraining orders like candy on Halloween.
