Probation and Parole: VOP in Florida

well it was my first time commiting a crime and i got busted with 2.4grams of weed. i went to court and got Six months probation. well a few days ago i tested positive on a drug screen for weed. My probation officer said that i need to turn my self in in about a week. i just got a letter in the mail today saying that i have a warrant for my arrest. my question is how much jail time am i looking at and also will i be able to post bail if so how much will it be....i currently live in hernando county in florida. PLEASE HELP I NEED SOME INFO
