    Ok thanks.

Ok I understand. I think it’s crazy that Craigslist can exisit this day in age. I think the internet in general leads to a lot of infidelity and cheating. I feel like dating sites and personal ads are terrible culprits. The thing about the anynmous ads is you really can’t pin down who is doing I guess, and unless a real crime like a murder or kidnapping happens I don’t think the police can get involved. I had a friend who lost his wife because of internet dating and she was hooking up online via anonymous messaging sites. The dude was writing poetry to the girl and posting it online, plus making videos of himself on YouTube flirting with he lady, but not mentioning her by name and then texting her the video link so she could see / watch him whisper sweet nothings to the video camera! This word is full of cheaters and liars I’m so sick of this. I think America is probably the worst. Maybe I’ll move to a country with stricter internet I.e. one that doesn’t allow random hookup ads.

Try China, North Korea, or Iran. :stupid:

Yeah, no. Your friend didn't lose his wife. She didn't want him. She was done with him. She considered him last week's milk. Done. No longer interested. Speedin' on down that Get Me Outta Here Highway.

Be sure to stop by the gift shop on your way out.

My question involves defamation in the state of: PA

Hello I have reason to believe that my girlfriend is posting and replying to anonymous ads on Craigslist romance section about fantasies she has about another person. I also have reason to believe that there is another person (most likely a guy) who is also posting ads directed at her, and she is replying.

They aren’t using names or initials even, but they are telling stories about stuff I don’t understand. It seems like they might be talking in a code or something. I’m really annoyed because she is always on CL and I saw a stack of printed emails in plain sight on our kitchen table (we live together, but are breaking up, so maybe she wanted me to see them). There are no names because all the emails are masked by Craigslist.

Is there anything I can do to stop her or the other person from posting or replying to these ads? They aren’t really sexual in nature but they are suggestive of romance and feelings etc.

No there's nothing you can do stop her from posting whatever she wants to on Craiglist. I strongly suggest you get a life.
