    What should I do

You should do nothing...or, if its important to you, call her bluff and file to establish paternity, parenting time, etc.

    It's not important to me

I just don't want this lady to be a part of my life

How do I get it to where she can't bug me all the time

She says that she will only make me pay half

If she doesn't have to file

WEll, it's harder for people on the outside to bug people in prison, but that's probably not what you mean.

Well you block her on social media and you block her phone number. Hopefully she doesn't know where you work.

It's really easy to ignore people - so just block her on everything you can and until you get something from the court that orders you to take a DNA test or anything else then you deal with it then. Right now she has nothing on you. You owe her nothing.
