Help with emancipation

Ok i want to get emancipated from mu family... my dads out of the picture and my mom doesn't physically abuse me but i get yelled at almost every night for stuff i dont even do. Shes a huge drunk and she recently got put on new medican and now she has mental issues. I'm 16 and i have a job I'm talking to a social worker right now and she doesnt think theres much she could do like foster care. I feel this is my only choice. I just wanted to know like what happens if i get emancipated like what do i do, and i have worries that even though i have a job i might not be able to fully support myself.. if anyone has any info please share THANKS!!!!![/b]

Emancipation laws vary by state. There are Saginaws in, at least, Texas, Michigan, and Minnesota.
