    Wow thanks for posting that when I didn't see that before I posted it. But I'm so glad two people had to point it out...especially when I wasn't the only one who said that but I was the only one who got replied to on it.

    My reply to your post was nothing personal. I certainly did not intend it as some kind of attack on you. I had no idea you had not seen my earlier reply where I explained the Virginia rule; the time stamp on the posts shows my first reply had been there over 8 hours before you posted yours, so I assumed you had read it before adding your post and thus it appeared you were taking issue with what I said. In any event, since the posts in thread were conflicting, I thought replying and adding a reliable source of information to for the OP to see would be helpful for him to understand the situation.
