Well, OK. You need to look up that country's immigration policies and find out if you can get in with the record you have. You can find this online. I will give some factual advice though: if it's Canada, they won't let you in. Other countries? You'll have to look it up.

Why not Canada? I wasn't prosecuted or convicted. Besides I look on their immigration website and it said I can apply for criminal rehabilitation. The countries I was looking to go to is UK and Sweden.

I mainly want to go to Canada, UK, and Sweden, but since I wasn't convicted and people in the past telling me to get an immigration lawyer I honestly don't know what to do now.
By the way when I got my charge expunged the charge was nolle prossed because I did the pti program if that makes a difference.

Figure out what country you want to move to, then investigate their laws or consult an immigration lawyer in that country.
