When do Probation "Special Conditions" End
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Florida

I was charged with a criminal felony back in 2012 and I was able to secure a Withhold of Adjudication. However, I was given 10 years probation. In my probation papers, under "special conditions" I was ordered to vacate my "vacate the property and not return to property", meaning I had to leave the house I owned. The interpretation of that special condition, according to my Probation Officer, was that I had to leave the home, and not return during the period of time I will be under Probation control.

Again, those "special conditions" were only placed on my probation documents. No other court order exists that order me to vacate the property.

Now, fast forward, next month I will be placing a motion for early termination for Probation. The question here are these:

    1. Are the "special conditions" nulled and void" after I am done with the Probation and reinstated back in the community?
    2. Once I am off Probation, am I allowed to return to my house without a court order?
    3. Does the "special conditions" continues even after the judge signed off letting me off early?

Advice is welcome since I am planning to go back to my house.....

    Thanks...

Your terms of probation end when you receive a final order of discharge from probation.
