    Consult with a criminal defense Attorney and dicuss diversion programs and if you qualify. diversion can help you avoid a conviction on your record and still meet requirements for penalties

    jow do i go about contacting a lawyer, i have no money so do i just go into court and ask to speak with a lawyer or what???

    If you have no money when you go to court you plead not guilty and request a public defender

    I want to enter that i am guitly bc well i am but i want a lesser charge or at least to not have it on my rocord and serve community saervice. would i still enter not guilty, even though id be changing it in the end??

    If you enter a guilty plea you will have a conviction on your record! Do as I said plead not guilty request a public defender he can arrange the guilty plea in exchange for diversion
