My misemeanor grand theft case is over with
Well I pled no contest to a single charge- violaion of the California penal 487(a) grand theft misdemeanor. The judge over rode the DA giving me 3 years probation , $286 in fines , 50 hours comunity service and all of my 10 days jail time suspended. So there you have it, I had no criminal record and the judge saw I was a good person ....

Yes lets. And let's also take a poll as to how many people with a criminal record have "good jobs". Yes lets.

Well define a good job ????? Each person values his/ her job diffently . Some people mite think that their lifes have changed for the better because they got caught and go onto to better things. You all here just love bashing people and bring them down. I look forward to doing community service and paying back in some way . But I will not paint this a perfect out come. So far this has cost $ 4000 all over a $400 TV. :wallbang: :wallbang: Plus 3 years probation............

Fish all you have done for most part is whine about what is going to happen to you. You have shown little remorse.

Excuse me !!!! Buugger off mate !!! As they say in the land down under... I do not have to show remorse to you! I think some of you get off on people coming here to cry to you about their problems!!!!!!! I have come here to tell the truth about what the system is like, unlike some of you all that give vague answers and put people down. You can't handle the truth !!!!!

Can't handle truth! Now thats funny. It was you who couldnt handle your felony charge even though you met requirment. It was you who whined about Lawyers fee for you rintentional theft of a TV. It was you who couldnt handle 10 days in jail after you felony charged was reduce (as predicted). It was not anyone on this site that other than you who couldnt handle the truth. You came here looking for loopholes and justification for your crime what you got was the truth you stole therefore your a thief. You continue to complain about your treatment here yet you continue to post! Every legal answer you got was correct including calling you a thief. You stole you qualify. I am sorry but if anyone cant handle the truth its you! Now you can continue to whine or you can be happy with what you got. bottom line is you walked out of KMart with an unpaid for TV retal value over $500.00 you did so with intent to take this Tv for your own without paying and you have now been sentenced and convicted of the crime of theft. Its done!

No its you thats has the problem. You can not handle that someone wanted and has used all the means/ loopholes ,as you so put it , neccessary to lessen his prosecution:eek: . Just wait until someday that you make a mistake and see what you do. Buy the way- I also hold the store part responsible for their lack of security that should and failed to stop me at the door like they should have ! So I hope they got into trouble and learned to do their jobs better ! And another thing the crime did not meet the requirment for a felony charge thats why it got dropped down to a misemeanor.... End of story !

You prove my poiint once again instead of being a "man" and admitting your worng you blame store! They wer eno tincorrc tin orignal charge in fact what happened to you happens to most your not special nor did you get any specail deal/ Since you couldnt see past your "poor me" attitude you could nt see what you were being told. Everything was about you yet you show no remorse for others who pay higher prices due to theft. thje employees who ar elet go or get reduced hours partially due to theft. You fail to see or are unwilling to see that store must sell 20 more TV's to make up for theft of one! No you rather whine that you were caught and charged with felony. Wake up!
