My misemeanor grand theft case is over with
Well I pled no contest to a single charge- violaion of the California penal 487(a) grand theft misdemeanor. The judge over rode the DA giving me 3 years probation , $286 in fines , 50 hours comunity service and all of my 10 days jail time suspended. So there you have it, I had no criminal record and the judge saw I was a good person ....

Yes lets. And let's also take a poll as to how many people with a criminal record have "good jobs". Yes lets.

Well define a good job ????? Each person values his/ her job diffently . Some people mite think that their lifes have changed for the better because they got caught and go onto to better things. You all here just love bashing people and bring them down. I look forward to doing community service and paying back in some way . But I will not paint this a perfect out come. So far this has cost $ 4000 all over a $400 TV. :wallbang: :wallbang: Plus 3 years probation............

Let me just correct and say a couple of people who post here like to bash people who are just trying to air their worries and bring them down. I post my experience here so I hope it gives people insite on the legal system....

Fish all you have done for most part is whine about what is going to happen to you. You have shown little remorse.

Excuse me !!!! Buugger off mate !!! As they say in the land down under... I do not have to show remorse to you! I think some of you get off on people coming here to cry to you about their problems!!!!!!! I have come here to tell the truth about what the system is like, unlike some of you all that give vague answers and put people down. You can't handle the truth !!!!!
