Denied Unemployment Benefits After Losing a Job
My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: California..

I recently been having issues with unemployment ever since I first applied.. I've worked with the same company for 14 years and in the time period I applied twice the first time I was only off couple weeks no problem.. Tell recent as of end December 2016 tell May18 2017 I was off.. My claim balance is over 10k.. That I've worked for.. But out of the 6 months being off I worked with another company a month in a half but the other 5 I only got 1 check of 450.. I've sent them message after message stating I couldn't get around easily with being homeless with no car because I wasn't receiving something that I've worked for.. I mean 14 years of work in I couldn't recieve help the time I was off so it put me on the streets..

I mentioned to em I want to appeal for the 4 months of pay they owe me. Beacause the hardship in suffering of a roof over my head or a meal because they kept my $ from me.. In no I couldn't retrieve my mail whenever cause all I had was myself.. The worse 6 months of my life.. Its been a ongoing 2 or 3 months since I've been back to work but struggle to get to work and get back on my feet cause they left me high in dry..

I'd realize if I were 1 who was ongoing filling year after year like most others but there getting paid I'm not please help me retrieve my payments its pointless for me to contact them because after I sent email after email no response at all or mail.. But the claim still open.. Nothing but rude vibes when they approach please help me receive my funds so I could have another roof over my head thanks

If you want us to help you are going to have to clarify what you have written above. Please leave out your suffering and anything that doesn't have to do with the claim.
