Can a Minor Get Emancipated Over Household Drug Use and Fighting
My question involves juvenile law in the State of: I am 16 years old I live in Oklahoma can I legally move out without parental consent if I become emancipated my "family" has continual drug use and constant home fighting I practically raised all three of my siblings and recently my parents are home long enough to sleep then they leave all day long and I have to be the parent of my siblings my smallest brother even calls me dad sometimes and franckly it's just sad I want help getting out of this death sentence I'm forced to call a home it's barely livable there is mold in every room and it's trashed constantly I have all the responsibilities of an adult anyway so why can't I leave?

You can leave any time you want. There's a word for kids that do that. It's not "emancipated." It's "homeless" and they end up sleeping in parking lots and begging on street corners, eventually engaging in prostitution and becoming drug addicts and ending up in jail.
If conditions are so miserable for you and your siblings call Child Protective Services.
Otherwise stick it out until you are 18.
Re: Can I Get Emancipated
No. In fact, in Oklahoma, you cannot legally move out without your parents' consent even if you do become emancipated. In your state, emancipation of a minor gives that minor the right to sign contracts but it does not give them the right to do anything else that a non-emancipated minor cannot do.

You're not getting emancipated. Look at the dozens of other threads on here about emancipation.
If you are being abused or neglected call CPS. Talk to a counselor, a teacher, the police.
If you're so close to your siblings and "raising" them why would you just up and leave them in such a horrible, awful situation?
