How to Get a Problem Teenager Out of the House
My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Pennsylvania
My step son has been on continuing probation for 3+ years for a 6 month original order for weed. Continuous violations have had him locked up for an 11 month period along with several smaller time amounts.
He continues to get high and bring cigarettes into the home...he turns 17 in September.
How can I legally get him out of the house for the sake of the rest of us....mom, dad, and 10 year old autistic boy.

What does his probation officer have to say about his continuing bad behavior?
Other than through the juvenile justice system, the legal ways to get a minor out of the home tend to come with a hefty price tag -- and even through juvenile justice system you can potentially be ordered to reimburse the state for at least part of the cost of a minor child's incarceration.
