Then the police in masks drove my car back to my girls house. They're in the house they question me about selling cocaine and I told them I buy a little here and there and sell just to help take care of my family. I was scared and really didn't know the law and now I have a plea for 10 years executed with a cap on six three years home detention open plea. So my question is does it make my charge worse because I told them I use cocaine and sold to friends from time to time? Is there anything I can do to help my situation? Also i was only caught when a gram in my possession and the rest they found at house they took me back to

What can you do to help yourself? Get a lawyer and don't talk to anybody but that lawyer. If you already had sold to a CI, telling them you sell isn't an earth-shattering admission. They already knew that and it's likely they have your transaction with the CI recorded.
