Contempt of Court for Wearing a [F***] the Police Shirt
My question involves criminal law for the state of: California

I was charged with contempt of court for wearing a shirt to court that said f*** the police. I was asked to turn the shirt inside out first but I told them I had the right to refuse as the shirt is my property and it is my body. What exactly is contempt of court and how can I beat the charge? Why would the court even care that i wore the shirt in the first place

Re: Contempt of Court for Wearing a F the Police Shirt
because it is very disrespectful to the court, the police and the system. What exactly were you in court for? Judges have lots of freedoms to maintain decorum and security.

nvm....should have remembered your screen name.....

You were warned in the thread about your shoplifting charge no to wear that shirt because you could be found in contempt.

"Incredibly stupid" doesn't even begin to describe the depths of your ignorance.

There's no shoplifting charge, there's no shirt, there's nothing but a sick, delusional and lonely little girl with no social skills.

Contempt of court is the failure to obey a court order. When a judge tells you to do something in his/her courtroom, that’s an order and failure to obey risks being held in contempt. You’ve stated you refused to comply, so you are apparently guilty of contempt, and you have stated nothing that suggests any kind of good defense.

What would happen if I flashed my breasts to the male judge to try to seduce him?

Perhaps if you'd thought of that with the cop who arrested you, you wouldn't be in such a mess.

I know, don't feed the trolls.... *smack*

The cop who arrested me in the first place was female. Maybe I could approach the judge and seductively suggest to perform oral sex on him in the courtroom.

Exactly. Why are folks here continuing to entertain this nut? I don't get it.

You asked a similar question before. Your memory must not be all that good. You’d end up with another contempt and/or charges for indecent exposure. And maybe charges for attempted prostitution/bribery if you were seeking some benefit in exchange for that sex.
