Asked to Leave Commercial Space Before Lease is Up
My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Pa

I moved into a space that has been leased for 10 years by the previous business owner in April of this year I have paid all rent due the lease is in effect until October 31st of this year ,the landlord emailed me and said he found a new renter who is willing to pay more per month and I have 60 days to get out per verbal agreement with previous renter. I contacted previous renter and he said it didn't happen or it would have been written and signed by him I literally have to go August 1st and I have no where to go is this legal or can I fight this? please any help will be appriciated

You will need to explain that. Why would an alleged oral agreement with a prior tenant have any bearing on your lease?

I have no idea that's just what he said its not in my lease so I would assume it means nothing especially since the previous tenant denies it

Are you subleasing from the previous tenant?

Did you get written approval from the landlord when you "assumed" the lease from the former tenant?

Did you take over the previous tenant's lease or did you get a brand new one?

I took over the lease with a singed letter to the landlord from the previous tenant informing him that I will be taking over the lease 04/15/2017. he has acknowledged in an email that I am the new tenant, I have been paying rent in my name and he has been excepting payment the lease states that the agreement covers the previous tenant as well as future tenant until oct 31st 2017

Then you are good until October 31st. Do not expect the landlord to renew however. You also need to inform the landlord that you will be staying until the end of the lease period.

I agree. The email acknowledgment and the acceptance of rent binds him for the duration.
