    my girlfriend is pregnant and she's 17 and will be 18 in October And im 22 what are the laws on that in the state of NC

    If she was 16 at the time you had sex, then thre are not going to be criminal issues. However, you do have the responsibilty to support your progeny. Did you have a question?

    My question is would Her parents be able to press charges against me?

    As Ron already told you, if she was 16 when you had sex, there are no criminal charges to press if she consented. However, her parents may be able to get a restraining order to keep you from seeing her until she reaches the age of 18. That hardly seems worth it since she is 18 in four months.
