How to Stop Repeated Abuse Allegations
My question involves child abuse or neglect in the State of: PA
We are still getting repeated calls on us for child abuse. Now its being reported DAYS after we have custody of the child in question. The childs mother works for the CYS dept and has made repeated calls to cys on her past ex husbands. We know its her. What can we do? Its harassment at this point.

There is obviously much more to this vague scenario - care to share? If not then it's unlikely anyone here can help you, as you really haven't provided much - if any - information in this post.

Her posting history is... interesting.
Re: How to Stop Repeated Abuse Allegations
Yes check out the post history. It's all there.
If you feel you are being harassed call the police. They will take it from other or do nothing. Talk to a lawyer. That's about it.
Re: How to Stop Repeated Abuse Allegations
Posting history may be "interesting "to some but this is what we have delt w since January. CYS testified in court there is no abuse nor suspision yet calls keep coming in.
I will file.another harassment w DPS and now involve the cops.
She has involved cys in numerous occasions w her ex husband (2nd) as well so this is a pattern.
I have a career and kids of our own. I really just need resolution about this stuff.. its becoming an every week thing.
Re: How to Stop Repeated Abuse Allegations
I don't know that there is much that the police can do about your suspicions. CYS is unlikely to give the police details of who is calling them, either. The state tends to protect confidentiality of such reports rather diligently in order to encourage legitimate complaints. If CYS is tiring of the complaints, they can circular file them or they can initiate action with law enforcement.
You can always check with an attorney and see if there is any hope of a successful lawsuit against her, but, again, you might have the same problem of obtaining proof that she is knowingly and intentionally making false claims against you. Proving that the reports are knowing and intentional falsehoods may not be as easy as showing they are wrong. Wrong is generally not actionable.

Thank you for this. I wrote the director of CYS in our county. Her ex husband (marriage # 2 of 4) who has been harassed by her through cys as well told me she got family and church people to call for her. Even went as far as making false sexual abuse allegations against him using her son from her first marriage which she never persued (he gave me copies of the expunged court case just in case). We think its her new husband calling considering hes the one his kids school named and saying the child tells.him.these things.
The courts just gave us more time than we had before so obviously the efforts didnt work. It just needs to stop.. period. Its becoming a pattern.
Re: How to Stop Repeated Abuse Allegations
The problem you have is that you lack any real facts and are unlikely to obtain them, especially given the privacy associated with complaints to child protective agencies, and your supposition that the callers may be differing parties (which would be odd since it requires a conspiracy of deceit from multiple uninvolved parties). Making any criminal or civil complaint would be difficult, to say the least. About all you can probably do is voice your frustration with the powers that be at CYS and see where that takes things.
But, ultimately, everyone's hands may be tied. One day, perhaps, the caller(s) will get tired of calling, or CYS might actually act against them in some way. Until then, you may be left with the hope that the circular file becomes the regular depository for these complaints.

What is a "circular" file? Never heard of that. And the supposition isnt mine. Its her 2nd husbands since what we are going through she did exactly the same to.him. Even the CYS workers when they found out she did the same in the past said for us not to be suprised she escalates the situation to charges she brought up against her 2nd husband using her oldest child to do so (sexual).
I wrote the director of CYS in our county and asked for her to call to see if CYS can act against these calls. I only assume its her because she has tried to get myself my SO and her husbands ex wife all fired from our jobs making false claims to our supervisors directly and when theres smoke theres fire.

It is a euphemism for a trash can.

It is still supposition and not FACT. To successfully go before a judge and try to sue someone for making knowing and intentionally false complaints such that they constitute some sort of legal harm (slander/libel, harassment, etc.) you will have to have more than guesswork - even strong inference. Hence my suggestion to consult an attorney.

Then you work with CYS and your own attorney as you must.
