What Happens if Visitation Conflicts With Summer School

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: indiana
Went to court in Feb 2017 my ex told the judge she was moving to Texas were i live . She ordered that she have our son the first two weeks of summer and the laST TWO WEEKS . And that after the first two week that I the father would but a one way ticket to Texas for my son.She got back with her husband and is now refusing go put our son on a plane due to summer school but she took him to North Carolina last week pulling him out of summer school. She is denying me my summer visitation can she do this? She was also told that if she didnt move she would lose custody.she also has no intension of moving yo Texas

If she's violating your visitation time and not letting you have it and you have tried every way to resolve this between the two of you then take her to court. File contempt because that's what she's doing. No she cannot keep your son when it's your court ordered time. She shouldn't have put him in summer school if you didn't agree to or even know about it.

Who told her if she didn't move she'd lose custody?

She told the Judge that she was moving to Texas and that is why the Judge set the orders the way she did and told her she had 7 days to file in Texas. She is not putting him on a plane because she knows I don't have to send him back and she is not moving to Texas. My ex has drained me financially for years when she won't even go after her other children's fathers for support.I can't afford to Fly to Indiana every time she does this. I have 3 kids in Texas to support.

no there is not more to the story. Plain and simply My Ex lied to the Judge that she was moving to Texas and is now refusing to put our son on a plane for my visitation because she knows I don't have to send him back and she is not moving to Texas.

I have emailed the Judge and I have spoke to the Sheriff's department as well . They told me that because my son is 17 that if he tells them he wants to leave they will remove him and call me. there are 10 people living in a two bedroom apartment so he wants out of there now.

You need a lawyer. Emailing the judge won't do anything. You need to file contempt orders and you need to get a lawyer. ASAP.

How do I file without having to go to Indiana? and I can't afford a Lawyer I Did it myself the first time.

Most give free consultations. I would at least try that and get some advice on how to proceed.

Where is the custody order located? Indiana or Texas?

I would talk to a lawyer and get some advice. This is all I found when I Googled contempt in Indiana. http://www.in.gov/judiciary/selfservice/2484.htm That's the paperwork. I am not sure how you file it. If you're both to be living in Texas (even if she hasn't moved) I would think you could request it be moved to Texas but I'm not sure.
