How to Get Permanent Residency Through Your Children
Hi. This subject has probably been addressed many times in the past so I apologise in advance for going over old ground.
I am a foreign national and had a son born in the USA 30 years ago. He now lives and works there for the past 5 years
Can he claim me in as a resident or of some other status.???
I have no interest in working there as I'm now retired but would like to spend more time with him and his family than a 3 months visitor visa allows
    Thank you in advance

Is this an easy process ??
    Expensive ??
A lawyer necessary or could he handle the process by himself ??
    Regards and thanks

It definitely requires an attorney so its not cheap. It also takes a while.
