Can You Sue a Liquor Manufacturer if You Injure Yourself When Drunk
My question involves court procedures for the state of: Colorado
Last week I drank too much Jack Daniels whiskey and I threw up twice and blacked out for about 10 minutes. If I were to sue the company what are the chances I would win?

You not only would have zero chance of winning, but you could be fined for filing a frivolous lawsuit and in your state, you could be ordered to pay the company's legal fees.

Zero. The cause of your vomiting and blacking out was that you drank too much of it. That is not the company’s fault. It didn’t have any control over how much you drank. It didn’t force the alcohol down your throat. YOU made the choice that lead to feeling sick and thus it is YOUR fault. The sooner you understand the concept that you are responsible for your own actions and that life is not a free ride the better off you will be. Start making smarter choices because there isn’t always going to be someone there to rescue you when you make bad choices.

Wouldn't it be the company's fault for making their whiskey so delicious though? I mean there should be a warning on the label. There wasn't.

I actually feel really sad for you.
It pains me that your parents didn't teach you the skills to help you navigate the real world. It's a failing on their part, and you're merely a victim of their sub-par parenting. It's not your fault! But you know, you can learn - you can even take online courses these days! Did they at least have the common decency to put you in therapy? I do hope so.

Now you are just trolling. And no, there is no requirement that there be any warning that if you drink too much alcohol you may get sick or even die. That is, after, all pretty common knowledge. Humans have known that for several thousand years. Indeed, taking anything to excess can be dangerous. If you didn’t know that by know then you have seriously been neglecting your life education.
