Can I Get Permit for Concealed Carry of a Firearm
I have a felony drug charge from 10 years ago in the state of Alabama from 10 years ago. I completed drug court which was supposed to expunged the charge but it still shows I have a felony arrest on my record. I have had one theft of property charge since then about 6 years ago. Can I get a pardon so that I can get a concealed carry permit? How would I go about getting one?

Worry about your warrant first.

Yes, the warrant is going to be a problem in getting the permit as well.
While successful completion of the drug court dismisses the charges without a conviction on your record, they are not AUTOMATICALLY expunged. You have to petition to have them expunged. Reading the law it appears that you can still have this done even with the subsequent conviction.
What was the level of the theft of property charge? Unless down at the fourth degree, you still have a felony conviction and are FEDERALLY disqualified from possessing a firearm. Alabama will not issue a permit to you if you are federally barred.
Information on obtaining a pardon is here: http://ccresourcecenter.org/state-re...ement-sealing/
For practical purposes you need an attorney. Many attorneys will advertise "firearms rights restoration" which is going to put you through this process.
Once you do get a pardon, Alabama is a shall issue for those not federally barred or that meet a dozen "insanity" tests in the statute which probably don't apply to you.
