Can You Be Charged With a Crime Committed by Somebody Else With Your Computer
I told the police my computer was being used by another person to commit those crimes and I have no idea what he did. I give that person my teamviewer user and password for him to access my pc. Of course I already give my reasons for listening to him blindly. I'm currently on bail pending further investigations.

Any idea if the police can't prove that I'm lying , can they still charge me?

So you were arrested for your friend's actions while remoted into your computer? That should be pretty easy as TV logs connections. Of course, it doesn't necessarily establish your friend was the one who was connected. It could have been you from another device to try and create an alibi. If you are charged though, you need to speak to no one but your attorney about this.

If you've been arrested and are on bail, odds are you have already been charged. There are a few states that might allow for a charge to be stayed pending further investigation; but laws vary by state.

The police don't have to prove that you're lying. They simply need to convince a prosecutor that there is probable cause that a crime was committed -- something you appear to be conceding -- and that you were the person who committed the crime.

You should speak to a criminal defense lawyer. If you have not already done so, talk to your lawyer about the information you can provide to the police about your friend and his actions, and how you might preserve evidence that will show that it was not you who committed the crime.

sorry I'm not from the us but i Guess the law here is about the same

Yes crime was definitely committed in my pc but by who?

How can they be 100% sure I'm the only one that did it
The stolen money did not appear in my bank accounts either

If they can't figure out all these , can they continue to charge me?

Are you in the US or residing outside the US? This site only covers US law so if you live in another country then this site can't help you. Laws vary in other countries.

We don't do that. How things are handled in the US is going to be vastly different from your unnamed country.

Did u tell the police who is the person and let the police interrogate that person who accessed your computer.

How can the police just arrest u for no concrete evidence.

No one can "pretend" you're in the US. US law doesn't apply outside the US.

You must not be in the US either and understand how the criminal justice system works...
