On 3/16 i was with my boyfriend and we were pulled over. I had a gram of marijuana,a bowl and a one hitter, all of which was in my purse. After i gave them what was in my purse they searched it and found a 1/2 of an oxycotin, which was my boyfriends. I was charged with POM, nothing for the OC. and was released to my parents. I am 16 years old and this is my first offense of anything. I live in Michigan. If i stay clean till my court date and tell the judge i am in counseling (which I am), will i still get a long prohbation time? Is 6 months a normal time? This is so confusing
