    My question involves child abuse or neglect in the State of: California.

    there's many allegations here Ben investigations law enforcement tells me that these stepfather or that they believe that there is substantial mental AB you suck a logical abuse brainwashing physical abuse and child endangerment however they are telling me my children are silent Witnesses for those of you that don't know in California children are not allowed to be questioned without a parent present that's it my question is simple is a step-parent a loud to discipline a child with Force spanking hitting slapping spraying a child with a water hose

    I'm told that step parents are considered legal strangers I've spoken to a couple attorneys 7 and total the story is a little different in different ways and what I'm looking for is I do not condone my children been whipped by anyone although I have done it there's a catch lastly I have told and so has the mother told the judge that The Stepfather is not to with the children yet he is still doing so he's even going as far as punching the children in the stomach until they have vomited left welts on the children according to the children any help would be greatly appreciated

    You should look into punctuation and clarity. I am not sure what you are asking.

    In general, a step parent is permitted to physically discipline a child - provided at least one parent permits it. If the discipline is beyond the scope of what is permissible (such as the punching you claim is happening), then it is possible that the police or CPS could be involved. You can report it if you want, but keep in mind that the police and CPS will seek proof of some kind, even if it is statements from the child(ren) involved. If you object to discipline by your ex's significant other, you may go back to Family Court and clarify the issue with visitation or custody orders.

    What you describe goes beyond ordinary discipline. You can raise the matter with the custody court, seeking appropriate orders -- that could range from modification of custody to simply prohibiting non-parents from disciplining the children. You can report the conduct to protective services.

    Given your apparent difficulty articulating your thoughts, you should be working with a lawyer.
