Then you won't be going anywhere.
The ONLY way a minor can legally leave their custodial parent or guardian against the will of that parent/guardian is if they are removed by the state.
ok thank all of you guys for helping me and giving me advice
While I understand that your mother is a truck driver that doesn't usually cancel out custody. Is it possible that mom gave grandma a guardianship? I know it may just be splitting ahirs but the rights and privileges can be different.
Where does mom go when she's not driving? Does she have a an apartment?
Does she pay grandma some support for you? If so, is it possible, if she had an apartment that you could live there and the support would go to you? It's not a great idea, 15 yo's really shouldn't be unsupervised as they make bad decisions, but it would alleviate some of your issues. Then grandma gets let off the hook and you get out from her roof. This presupposes a great many things but is...possible.
You obviously didn't understand what you read. You have to be self-sufficient. Not depending on anyone else. You're not taking care of yourself right now. If you're being abused you report it. That's all you can do. Or you convince your grandma to let you live with other family.
